In 2016, Mr. Liang Jie founded Kaili Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. in Suizhou City, Hubei Province. Five years later, Kaili Group was officially established.

According to data from CATARC (China Automotive Technology and Research Center, China's motor vehicle insurance statistics), "Kailifeng" brand sprinkler trucks, dust suppression trucks, and compressed garbage trucks have ranked first in the country for three consecutive years, firmly at the top of the sanitation industry.

Kaili Group's No. 2 factory was put into operation, and three major business divisions of fire emergency, road maintenance, and commuting and travel were established, with a cumulative production and sales of more than 60,000 sanitation equipment. The output value reached 1.137 billion yuan in 2023, and sales increased by 7.2% year-on-year, achieving positive growth for seven consecutive years.
